lol, yeah the sounds on there aren't very high quality but a good producer learns how to not only aquire already set sounds but to make his own so with some tweaking you'd be suprised what you can make (original sounds)and it makes you better if you can make more with less. But thats with any sequencer but yeah eventually it might be wise to invest in new sounds. just try to make or get custom sounds cause you want it to stand out from the other producers who use the same exact sounds.

where do u get samples from?

For beginners...That dont understand. Vst's and effects can be downloaded. After you download them, you install the vst's or effects into C:/Program Files/Image-Line/Data/Plugins/Vst

basically this step you open up your "computer folder"(on your start menu)
and click the "C:drive" next click "Program Files" next Click "Image-Line" next click "Fl Studio" then click "Data" next click "Plugins" next click "Vst"....This is the folder where your vst's should be installed.

Now....one more step! Open up fruity loops. Next to "File" on the menu(to the right) you should see "Channel" click it and select "Add One" next...click "More"...now a dialog box should pop up with a list. At the bottom click "Refresh" and then choose "Fast Scan"....My name is Samedy and i from Maytracks Productions.

I have a lotta cats tell me that you can't make professional tracks on Fruity Loops but that's all I use, and I continue making buku gwap. Check me out...it's not the equipment but the producer that makes the difference. I'm looking for other producers to trade samples with. if you're interested, lemme know.
